Recipe: Spaghetti with anchovies

Anchovy spaghetti recipe, at home the pasta is always a great moment, I am always looking for new flavors and new flavors. Here the anchovies perfume this dish wonderfully, which takes on character, with a few capers and large black olives. I like spaghetti, with us it is forbidden to cut this large pasta. They should wrap generously around the fork.

Recipe ingredients

  • Recipe for spaghetti with anchovies 4 people:
  • 400 g of the finest spaghetti.
  • 125 g anchovies with capers
  • 16 black olives
  • 1 tablespoon of caper
  • 1 jar of tomato sauce and chopped vegetables.
  • 1 sachet of rice tincture
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon of parmesan powder.
  • 1 small red pepper.


  1. Heat a large volume of salted water.
  2. Sprinkle the dye to give a nice yellow color to the spaghetti.
  3. Add the pasta as soon as the water boils.
  4. Turn down the gas, the water should whisper.
  5. Cut the red pepper as finely as possible.
  6. Heat the tomato sauce with vegetables.
  7. Add the red pepper.
  8. Add the black olives.
  9. Pour in the anchovies so that they heat up a bit.
  10. Add the capers.
  11. Pass the pasta through a colander as soon as it is cooked.
  12. Then grease them with olive oil.
  13. Serve on a plate, starting with the pasta.
  14. Place a generous ladle of sauce on each plate of spaghetti.
  15. Sprinkle just lightly with Parmesan before serving.
