Spicy tuna skewers

Recipe: Spicy Tuna Skewers

Spicy tuna skewers recipe, I cooked them on the plancha, no time this time to light the barbecue. We really like this fish which looks strangely like a meat like veal, my daughter always gets screwed. Tuna is good but be careful with cooking, overcooked it becomes quite dry instead of remaining very soft. The spicy tuna skewers are easy to make, this fish is very easy to cut. Beautiful small cubes all the same size, will facilitate the cooking of your skewers, often I level with a sharp knife so that the skewer is even. Tuna is not found all year round, but here it is, it is very red and present in all the shelves. It is very good for the health and often children who have some difficulty in eating fish easily accept it on small skewers. Of course, a few vegetables on the skewer and everything is played, to everyone’s happiness.
