Recipe ingredients

- 60 gr of fresh tarragon
- 20 cl of olive oil

Instructions

- Dry it with food paper.
- Remove the leaves by removing the stems.
- Add a little olive oil to the tarragon in a high container.
- Mix while adding oil.
- Salt and pepper
- Cover the surface with olive oil.
- Let stand for a week in the cold.
- Always keep it in the fridge for several months and take care of the layer of oil on it.
- Decorate it with cheese and pine nuts, but just the amount of the day, if not it will not keep anymore.
