Recipe: Tarragon pesto

Tarragon pesto, its aroma will not leave you indifferent, it will enhance your fish, your white meats and why not your fresh pasta. A tarragon recipe is really when our gardens abound with it, its aroma tickles our nostrils while preparing this tarragon pesto.

Recipe ingredients

  • Tarragon pesto recipe for 10 people:
  • 60 gr of fresh tarragon
  • 20 cl of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the tarragon with clean water.
  2. Dry it with food paper.
  3. Remove the leaves by removing the stems.
  4. Add a little olive oil to the tarragon in a high container.
  5. Mix while adding oil.
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Cover the surface with olive oil.
  8. Let stand for a week in the cold.
  9. Always keep it in the fridge for several months and take care of the layer of oil on it.
  10. Decorate it with cheese and pine nuts, but just the amount of the day, if not it will not keep anymore.
