Tiramisu

Recipe: Tiramisu

Tiramisu recipe, tonight it was a meal with Italy in the spotlight. I love this country and Italian cuisine, I love Italians not Italians. A fairly easy dessert to make, in addition it is better to do it the day before, which allows you to devote yourself to your guests who are at home. Tiramisu with mascarpone, of course, with a dark chocolate powder.

Recipe ingredients

  • Tiramisu recipe for 6 people:
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 25 to 30 spoon cookies
  • Strong coffee, sufficient quantity to soak the cookies

Instructions

  1. Pour the coffee and let it cool (otherwise the cookies will crumble)
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks
  3. Beat the yolks with the sugars
  4. Add the mascarpone several times
  5. Beat the egg whites
  6. Incorporate the egg whites with the mascarpone
  7. Dip cookies briefly in coffee
  8. Line the bottom of the pan with 1 layer of cookies. I put the sweet side down, because it is slightly harder and therefore does not allow the liquid to drain away.
  9. Cover with a layer of cream
  10. Add 1 layer of cookies
  11. Finish with 1 layer of cream.
  12. Refrigerate 24 hours
  13. Sprinkle with cocoa when serving
