Tomato squid

We love these squids at home, probably a souvenir from our trips to Greece. This recipe is very similar to Provençal calamari, this region which specializes in seafood. Calamari recipe in sauce, cooking remains an important moment for this fish which can become very empty rubbery, the solution is your choice quick or long cooking. This recipe for squid in sauce is an easy recipe to make, especially if you ask your fishmonger to prepare them for you.
