Turkey Cordon Bleu

Turkey Cordon Bleu Recipe

Summary : Turkey cordon bleu recipe, we love to taste these little turkey cutlets. Turkey is a cheap meat, perfect for this turkey cordon bleu recipe. A recipe with turkey cutlets in cream or plain with a squeeze of lemon. For a turkey cordon bleu recipe, I use fresh cream to compensate for the lack of flavor of the turkey cutlets. You can even flambé them before adding the cream and there it is almost gastronomy, the turkey cordons bleu will take all their flavor with the alcohol and especially the sauce.

Instructions

  1. Cut the Comté slices into strips
  2. Tap the turkey cutlet with the flat of a large knife so that it is flat of the same thickness.
  3. Cut the cutlets to the same dimensions

  5. Place 4 strips of Comté cheese on the escalope, then a slice of ham.
  6. Cut the parts outside of your bead.
  7. Place 4 strips of Comté cheese on the ham.
  8. Cover with the other cutlet, level your cord with a cutting knife.
  9. Close your strings with two toothpicks at each end (the ideal is to have large toothpicks, so you can remove them before serving).
  10. Repeat this operation to obtain the desired number of blue cords.
  11. Brown the butter and oil in a very hot pan, leave to color on each side. Be careful, the thinner your cutlet, the shorter the cooking time.
