Yogurt and chocolate chip cake

Tips: Yogurt makes it possible to obtain a fluid and light dough. I do not recommend putting the filling as soon as it is cooked, because it would fall to the bottom of the mold. I also recommend placing the dough in baking paper, to facilitate demolding. Finally, the almond powder being sweet, you can completely reduce the amount of sugar or even substitute it with agave syrup for example. For butter, a neutral oil can replace it.

Recipe ingredients for 4 people:

  • Plain yogurt (preferably stirred)
  • 3/4 jar of ground almonds
  • 1 jar of flour
  • 1 half jar of sugar
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • chocolate chips: as you wish (personally I put 80 grams). You can mix chocolates, fruits or even candied fruits.

Instructions :

  1. Pour the yogurt pot into a bowl, mix.
  2. Add the almond powder
  3. Add the sugar
  4. Add the eggs
  5. Add the yeast
  6. Add the melted butter
  7. Bake at 180 degrees. After 5 minutes, put the nuggets in the cake and stir with a knife blade.
  8. Cook for 35 minutes.
