Chocolate cream recipe, you already know, I often fall for a chocolate dessert. Chocolate cream, I used dark chocolate for this cream. Recipe ingredients

  • Chocolate cream recipe for 5 people:
  • 1 liter of custard
  • 50 cl of fluid cream
  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
  • 1.4 g agar agar


  1. Heat the fluid cream with the agar agar.
  2. Add the chocolate in pieces, off the heat and allow the chocolate to melt slowly.
  3. Let the preparation relax and add the softened butter.
  4. Mix the preparation with a whisk.
  5. Pour into the silicone molds as soon as the preparation no longer smokes.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours.
  7. Serve on an English cream.
