Recipe ingredients

  • Roquefort sauce recipe for 3 people:
  • 2 shallots
  • 15g butter
  • 200 g of roquefort
  • 10 cl of liquid cream


  1. Peel then finely chop the shallot.
  2. Sear the chopped shallots with the butter.
  3. Let the shallots become translucent.
  4. Add the cream as soon as the shallots are transparent.
  5. Let the cream reduce a little for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add the roughly chopped Roquefort.
  7. Stir so as not to burn the cheese at the bottom of the pan.
  8. Reduce a little, the sauce should be smooth.
