Smoked salmon puff recipe. A puff pastry appetizer that can be prepared in advance, raw, it tolerates freezing very well. Flavored with Parmesan and sprinkled with paprika, it will take on a pretty color when cooked. Smoked salmon recipe for the aperitif, it will accompany a slightly dry white and will charm guests with these colors and its smoky taste.

Recipe ingredients

  • Smoked salmon puff pastry recipe for 24 pieces:
  • 350 g of puff pastry
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 3 teaspoons of grated Parmesan
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 egg yolk


  1. Roll out the puff pastry in the shape of a 12cm by 30cm rectangle.
  2. Place the slices of smoked salmon on the puff pastry.
  3. Fold a quarter of the dough over itself.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Fold the other quarter of the dough back on itself.
  6. Fold the two rectangles back on themselves one last time.
  7. Spend an hour in the refrigerator.
  8. Cut the flat sausage into 5-minute strips.
  9. Place each portion on baking paper.
  10. Sprinkle with paprika.
  11. Place in a hot oven at 200 ° for 15 minutes.
